Dhaba Beas Restaurant in Plzeň
The Plzeň branch of the vegetarian restaurant chain Dhaba Beas stands out with a raw and minimalist atmosphere compared to other locations. The main dining area is long and rectangular, and the design aimed to visually separate the buffet zone from the seating area without using physical partitions. This was achieved through the use of color and materials. A combination of striking stone, light gold aluminum cladding, and green pixel-patterned ceramic tiles creates a lively atmosphere around the self-service counter. In contrast, the seating area is softened with custom-made wooden furniture and warmer ceramic tones. Layered curtains were added to further temper the overall raw character of the space.
